Greetings!

I'm very happy to announce an imminent Map Pack for MTW2 Multyplayer battles.

Here you can download 6 maps of the incoming Pack.

OPERATIVE SUGGESTION ABOUT DOWNLOAD:

Check always the path.

It is possible that you have unzipped a "double" Rapax_Oasis folder (exemple): a Rapax_Oasis folder containing another Rapax_Oasis folder.

When you unzip, becareful to create just 1 Map folder containing 3 files (2 files .txt and another that i don't remeber the extension).

Put this folder (exemple Rapax_Oasis, contaning 3 files) into Custom.

Aye I've always been wondering this too.
If I use the normal battle editor you can't do this afaik, as they will become Historical battles.

How do you get custom maps to not say "incompatible" when hosting in MP?

After doing some poking around it looks like the answer to my question is the same old story-- if its truly a custom map every player must have it in order to play it. I was initially confused because some maps that appear to be custom can be used in multiplayer without every person needing them-- those are "coordinate" maps (lifted from the campaign map and unaltered) or, it appears, copies of the existing maps that came with the game with "climate" modified but without terrain modified.

Anyway, I guess we'll still need a community mappack :(
