Yes there is, go to your user CP, then it's the second option from the top, on the left of your screen.

Is that what you want to change? If so it can't be changed as far as I know. If you want to change a thread title you need to ask a moderator to do it IIRC.

Ah I understand, misread the title. Although I was explaining how to change ones username, not user title.

From my experience you can only change the thread title if nobody has posted in it excluding your own first post. Then all you have to do is just edit the title of your first post using advanced editing.

There is an vBulletin option to allow thread title editing by the thread starter, but it's time limited, usually to a few minutes although I don't know the Org's setting. After those minutes are up, all you do if change the title of the first post rather than of the thread.
