    anyone know where this is? I've looked on both disks and the folder on my PC and cannot find it.

    You can always double-check with VH and BKB, but I don't think there are (unfortunately). I suppose one of us could always get off our lazy duffs and make a guide ourselves, but I'm not yet aware of anyone who's done so.
