You need the Hashisham's guild. (Actually, I think it might just be called Assassin's guild for Hungary.) But either way it's the same thing. There's a lot of great info in the FAQ about how to get a settlement points to get a guild, but here's some general tips.

    - Assasinate lots of people, and blow up buildings too
    - Make lots of Assassins in the city you want to get the guild. (Correspondingly, don't make them anywhere else, or it will kill your economy.)
    - Build the Brothel line of buildings in the city

I haven't used the Hungarian battlefield assassin, but if they're anything like the Turkish Hashisham, definitely use them. The Hashisham unit, although only 30 men, get 2 hit points each (vs. 1 for just about everyone else except General's Bodyguard.) Plus, they can hide anywhere, run fast, and have great stamina and have great defense... so there are many uses for them on the field.

Just last night I fought a battle where my hashisham surprised a unit of Tuareg Spearmen (Moorish Heavy Cav), who were about to charge my archers behind them. They routed the unit, with very little losses (I think like only 2-3 of them died?)

Again, I'm not sure what difference there is between the Hungarian Battlefield assassin & the Turkish Hashisham... but I wouldn't count them out. Definitely at least get them out on the field and see what you think first!!
