    I tried the the Casse, but couldn't get my British empire off of the ground(always attacked by a massive rebel stack before reaching the point I can make troops).

    I'm thinking the Arveni are due for a try.

    The same thing happened to me when I tried to start a Casse campaign. Good luck with the arverni.
