Thanks again, everyone! I have to say, this assistant moderator feels awfully humbled by the fact that so many people felt him to be worthy of these awards.

By the way, I was severely remiss earlier; I forgot to extend my congratulations to Caravel on being runner-up for Best Main Hall Contributor.

I do so congratulate him now, however -- better late than never!

I personally think he was far more deserving of the award(s) than myself, but I'll still try my hardest to make sure that I at least halfway earned them.

Congratulations on two very well-deserved recognitions. I'm not nearly as active on this part of the .org as I used to be, but Martok has been one of the friendliest, most humble, and most steady presences in these parts for a long while. His modesty has done a lot to shield him from the limelight, but sometimes good qualities can overpower modesty. For me this is refreshing evidence that nice guys don't have to always finish last!
