Game Crashes Always

It sounds like a bad install, but we can't help you unless you are mind-numbingly specific about everything. What version of RTW do you have? Which patches? Where is it installed (exact directory)? Which version of EB are you installing? Are there other mods installed? Where exactly are you installing EB? What does the directory structure look like? How are you launching the game? Etc, etc.

Edit: If you haven't already done so, review the installation guide in the EB FAQ, and make sure you are following it exactly.
