Hey Bijo ! I've seen some of the ones on youtube as well. I suspect the snipers, when they have the opportunity, may want to pick the leaders. More morale damage.
That's the point of snipers after all. That's why officers stopped wearing swords in WW1 - made them ridiculously obvious targets.
