    Could you be going into labour with the twins?
    Really though, good to see you back. Apendicitis is bad, and it is one of the most painful things that can occur naturally. Is it true that the U.S. National guard is taught how to remove their Apendix with a spoon?

    Don't know about removing appendixes with spoons, but my wife thought she was dying when that happened to her. Excruciating is apparently a mild word -- she said childbirth was easier to handle.
