There's a weapon which can reach the deepest of bunkers, which can defeat even the strongest of nations. It's called diplomacy. It's a flexible weapon, ranging from sweet words to threats of bringing the country down with war. It's also an adaptable weapon, able to address the tiniest of issues or expanding to encompass the ruin of the target country, shrinking back to sweet words again once the threat has passed.
