xfire and gamespy. 2 things that should never happen
Your best bet is to go into the ingame gamespy lobby.
I dont think Xfire works with gamespy lobbies.

tools > options > games > not installed > [whatever] > game installed (check) > [path] > apply

no troubles.
Just make sure you restart it as i said (xfire has an annoying tendancy of not closing cleanly on shutdown and so not applying any options you've changed then)
