    Default Installation 'problems'

(I'm a bit rubbish with computers)
Right. I downloaded the mod the other day, installed it in the Rome TW folder like it says and then tried to run the game. I clicked on the ordinary Rome icon and it was the same as always. Then I clicked on the EB icon and it took me to the intro screen, where it froze. After restarting the computer, I took out all the files and folders from the EB folder and put them in the general Rome folder. It overwrote all the normal RTW files. I tried clicking on the EB icon again (on the desktop) but now it's saying the file ballista_idle.cas (i think) is missing and there is a script error at some line. Can someone just take me through what I should've done or have to do please? Thanks (I can get more info if needed)

Uninstall everything and then reinstall everything.

Just have patience with the intro screen. It can take a loooong time to load.
If it still remains frozen or if it crashes after that, then you have a problem.
(And hopefully someone will help you out then)

    Cheers

    Hi,
Don't be impatient my dear friend. Don't bother overwriting anything. Just uninstall Rome: Total War, reinstall it, patch it up, install EB and wait on the loading screen. It probably hasn't froze - the problem is that EB takes a very long time to load so it's an easy mistake to make. Good luck and cheers!

    P.S Welcome BTW!

Thanks everyone! Thought it might be something simple like that.
