Victory Screens

Ah that's the one. Knew it could be done but not how it was done. Anyway you can call this an 'almost victory screen'. I couldn't get glowing effects on the cities I had to take but I got them on the raid targets, clicked on the '?' a bunch of times but that was the best I could get.



And yes I have the raid targets in North Italy, didn't expect the image to be so small.
