    @pever - under my reading of the act in-game advertising is perfectly fine (it'll be agreed to in the EULA) but it's not worth them argueing atm ;)

    The Australian version of 2142 however lacks the Dynamic Advertising feature as it is believed to be illegal under the Australian Spyware.
    So they left it out in fear maybe. But

    Counter strike source is the king of FPS and only costs around a tenner though.


    Wouldn't appeal to a first time FPS player mind.
