Nope, I think, it's consensus. This is due to the, what I believe to be a fact, that "consensus" means, "averages of figures or statistics" while a census is a count of the number of peoples rather than details about them.

Isn't there meant to be a question 15? It seems it was missed out in post #1 as well.
