you do know france already has them in the campaign right? they come from the Huge Stone Wall, in other words you need a Huge City - population: 24,000

and your line looks correct there... can you copy/paste it, including the lines above and below it?

oops i did not know that! i removed them from the huge stone walls and tried again - this time it worked. i havent changed anything else except adding some other missing units (or units i thought to be missing ;) )
