    Hmm, seems like his parachute opened partly and slowed him at least a bit.

    Video works fine in Opera btw.

    Wow, lucky man, that...

    Lucky place to land in though, reckon he wouldn't have stood a chance had he crashed about 50 meters to his left, in the sea...

    He actually said he hoped he would crash in the sea, though he realised it would have killed him anyway. The real danger would probably have been the car park about 30 meters away from where he landed (the helicopter takes off from there later in the clip).

    Looks like he got his lines crossed for a partial deployment.
