I Wish to change some Text & Portrait in M2TW

But all

(I'm already to extract data.pak file)

Please help me..I's not open file in Photoshop

You need to use the bin converter that can be found here in the tool section for the txt.bin.
The tga instead can be opened by photoshop, don't know why you cannot do it.
