Umm,.....right.For those that don't know Manhunt, it's a *ahum* somewhat violent stealthgame with a very cool premise, playing in snuff movies! Normally I am not that fond of violent games, but Manhunt had truely terrific atmosphere if you got passed the first 4 boring missions. This game is kinda evil, if you ever had the urge to place a sickle in someone rectum, pull it backwards and watch him bleed to death, or choke someone with a baseballbat and smash his brains against the wall and watch them slide down (and why wouldn't you?) then this game is for you
err, good news then?
Frag, that sickle thing, its just you

Oof, that sounded nasty >.< The rectum thing.
Manhunt 1 was alright, very stylish in a sense, typically Rockstar. Though it reminded me too much of their GTA. When I played it, it felt like a totally rearranged GTA, but you could still sense the same old thing. I'm talking about the PC version btw. Like the character movement was cheap, and the UI looked too much the same, etc. Those cheap moves that just reeked of GTA.
Rockstar should get their act together differently, and make a good game that finally does something else regarding gameplay, besides the usual superior style and violence they have. They just keep milking out that cow's udders until it can't be milked no more. At some point the cow's gonna complain, right? :P

I'm very skeptical about Manhunt 2, as I suspect it'll just be the same old thing again. They better provide superior gameplay, or I'll-- I'll.... uh... well, you know!!

You finished the game Bijo? It starts out very lame, but once the guns come into action it gets a whole lot better, stealthgaming at it's finest with bursts of extremily intense action. It's mostly the mood and awesome locations that did it for me, an abandoned zoo common!
And EA, suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuure![]()
As much as I hate to say it, I think Manhunt was almost too violent for me.The ultra-violent GTA games always had enough tongue-in-cheek for it not to bother me at all- but Manhunt really lays it on heavy.
That's not to say I won't check it out if a sequel comes to the Wii.![]()

True. Those environments and the mood were good, if not perfect. To answer your question, I didn't finish it, 'cause I didn't have the patience to go further. Only played a few levels and just uninstalled the damn thing. And of course I was cursing at the game 'cause it was so cheap (imo) :POriginally Posted by Fragony

Manhunt reminded me of Escape from New York and thats a good thing. Yet another reason for me to get off my computer chair and buy a Wii.
