    Default movement modifiers

    Has anybody tested modding the movement modifiers?

    grass_short		1.0
    grass_long		1.0
    sand			1.0
    rock			1.0
    forest_dense		0.75
    scrub_dense		1.0
    swamp			1.0
    mud				1.0
    mud_road		1.0
    stone_road		1.0				
    water			0.6
    ice				0.5
    snow			0.75
    There should be more variety, no?
    If I find the time I'll post some results from modding.
    In the meantime I'd like to know if anybody has tried to change these values?
    Seems pretty straight forward.....

    The file goes on to list movement modifiers by unit type, doesn't it? I think those have more variety in them, and IIRC are exhaustive, i.e. leave no units to use the default.

    Nope thats all it lists. Here is what i use in LTC:

    grass_short		0.85
    grass_long		0.85
    sand			0.75
    rock			0.85
    forest_dense		0.8
    scrub_dense		0.8
    swamp			0.7
    mud				0.72
    mud_road		0.85
    stone_road		0.9				
    water			0.65
    ice				0.65
    snow			0.8
    So there is more variety and all have been reduced.
