Confused over 0.81 Recruitment

Hi, I just got back to playing EB 0.81 after my break from the old 0.72, and now I don't know anything about the new recruitment system. I believe you get more troops out of your local barracks with type 1 and 2 and more troops out of your foreign barracks with type 3 and 4 government? Is there any list or spreadsheet detailing the recruitment, just like for 0.72? Thanks a lot.

By the way, which government type would you recommend for a Macedonian player to build in Korinth and Sparte?
