Seconded!
RIP Tosa, I can't believe you are gone, but we will never forget you
Finished the nobles (sorry no photo yet) and now only the Sapa Inca remains and then i start the Aztecs. Only one thing bothers me though, the noble unit has 900 faces, the biggest model ive seen so far in the vanilla game was about 800. I dont know if my units will cause a lag for the player, so far they were all 750-850 faces high. In another thread i show a post that said their models were well above 1.000, but still i have my doubts. Is 900 faces too high?
No, hopefully the game will be balanced so that you can't spam noble units, it shouldnt be a problem if there is like 2 on the battlemap...Originally Posted by meliritos

First of all to answer a question of Fili for a model carrying sth like an axe. No its not an axe with the medieval concept. The Incas didnt have axes did they? As soon as the guys skin the models i send them this Monday you will have him on your PC and then you will be able to see more clearly what he is carrying.
About the units, you mean 2 as in 2*28 soldiers this unit is going to have (maybe)? Anyway, the lack of horses in the game, which would normally add the horses faces to the soldiers ones will relieve game speeds wont it? Dont the dorses attribute to the lag factor?
I think so, yet the size of cavalry units often counter-acts it from what I have seen.Originally Posted by meliritos

Thats ok, i dont think that an Inca noble unit should have more than 27 soldiers, dont believe they had so many nobles in the Inca empire at that time...
did the incas have round shields?
I saw one small statue that had a round shield . Ill post reference if i find it
Could you do the chimu after the Aztec?
Yes, they did, bronze, beautiful axes.Originally Posted by meliritos
