Nah, I've seen the AI move it's capitols several times. When they expand in one direction, they usually move their capitol to the centre of their empire.

Well, I'm using toggle_fow extensively to keep an eye on AI behaviour, so I've noticed it quite a few times. I doubt I would have noticed it if I hadn't, however, as AI empires rise and fall quite often, and also rather fast...

AI will move their capitals but what's driving me nuts in my campains is that the Scotts and the English haven't expanded in any direction in 100 or so turns. They just sit there.....![]()
Nope yhey still hold it but Antioch is a better placement for their capitol so they moved it there when they had taken it and Aleppo, Edessa and they where moving down towards the holy lands.Originally Posted by sapi
