Gaeroas - how to get?

Just started an Averni campaign when I realised that I couldn't build them where I used to be able to back in 0.72. Tried looking at the export_descr_building before realising I couldn't understand anything in that file. So does anybody know where I could recruit them?

I've found, thus far, that you can recruit Gaeroas in the British isles, Massilia, North, East, and South of the alps all the way to Ankyra. In Celtic settlements that is.

Previous versions of EB had unit location errors. All the Celtic units should now be correctly allocated.
The Gaeroas were not a feature of Transalpine Gaul by the 4th C BC (beginning of the Game). So you can not recruit them in Gaul proper.
You can however hire then in Cisalpine Gaul, Britain, parts of Eastern Europe and Massilia (if 0.81 was implemented properly).
