Clench, it's probably a rebelling city CTD. Did you make sure to delete map.rwm after installing 0.81? If you did, please post your savegame. If not, it won't be any use to us as the old map.rwm will likely screw things up... It might still be screwed even if you delete that now.

I installed a fresh install of RTW 1.5 and .81 full install when it came out. I was just able to get past the crash for a few turns, but it came back again... If it's the Arverni which I suspect. I might just take them out because they only have one city left.. that should get rid of the problem ;)

BTW, the AI has ben expanding very nicely. Saka is bigger than Seleukia in terms of landmass, they own nearly everything from their home territory to Germania

Our theory right now is that it depends on who the settlement rebels TO, not FROM, but there's always hope. We have been working on a fix that we hope will end this problem once and for all, it requires some rigorous testing and then it'll be part of the hotfix.

Please do post your savegame though. It may not be of any use if our fix works, but otherwise we may get some valuable input.

I've never seen the Saka expand that much, but that's awesome !

I have been able to bypass the crash by wiping out the Arverni (and then strangely having the general who happened to be a Conquerer of Gauls bribed away by the Aedui). I don't think it was a revolt bug because it was the Arverni's capital and last city. It was Gergovia or something like that, right north of Massilia. It's been smooth since then, it's 214 or 213 now. Though I should have an old save that should reproduce the crash if you'd like.

Did they hold a city far away that didn't have any family members? Because if you kill the last family member, all the remaining cities will "rebel". Thus causing the same bug.

AVE Bovi. First of all, I thank the hole EB-team for this great mod - keep up your good work! I play EB since Ver. 0.74! And it's still a challenge for me!

I've got constant & reproducable (during Hayasdan-AI-turn) CTD's in my Rome-campaign (with or without script activated / Clean RTW 1.5 [german version] with updated EB 0.81 [from full-EB 0.80]).

It happens always during AI-Turn after 263 BC (Ver).
    - First time it happended during Averni-Turn (probally - had FOW active - in cities Viennos or Avaricum with low garrison -> rebellions).
    - Second time during Hayascan-Turn (not shure, had FOW active, turn passed very fast and CTD).
    - Third time (script inactive) something very strange happened: I passed AI-Turns (no CTD) and something like a time-machine-event happened: I moved from 263 BC (Ver) to 13 AD. However couldn't reproduce it and forgot to make a print-screen and save!
    - After that i tested if it's the script (with FOW inactive):
I got both times a CTD (script ON and OFF) at (end?) of Hayasdan-Turn (Probally resulting from rebellions in Mtskheta or/and Phraaspa with low garrison).

Get this bug killed ASAP! Thank you very much Bovi! The Roman Empire salutes you! VALE!
