Perhaps it is a silly question, but I'd like to know where it is coded (hard-coded?) the position of the officers in a unit. Now they are on the left, in an additional row. But is it possible to code them in a different position?, let's say in an additional back row.

And finally, is it possible to change their position depending on the formation?
I'm thinking in schiltrom, where the officers are in the "outer part of the circle", whereas the standard, for example, should be placed in the middle, to be the "last man alive" of the unit.
