I plan to create a little Carthage-focused mini-Mod. For this, I would like to change the reform triggers - the idea is to allow Polybean reforms in the case the human-controlled Carthage beats Rome over Sicily, assuming that this would be much desired for gameplay and not totally silly from a "realism" point of view.
So, could someone please tell again (I could not find the old post about it) in which file I should look at the said triggers? And maybe a little help on the relevant line to change?![]()
I hope to make something modest but interesting to be shared with community soon.![]()
