Well: install clean RTW, patch it to 1.3, to 1.5, install EB using the EB 0.81a Full installer... seems the logical thing to do to me.
I hope "unofficial (non-original)" means: "modified" - thus you have installed RTW and intstalled a mod/ a patch on top of it.
