    OK, so I've followed the instructions on how to install, but I get this error when I try to start up EB:

    This application has failed to start because MSS32.DLL was not found.
    Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

    I have absolutely no clue what that means and I'm not great with computers
    I have read through the other posts but couldn't find an answer. I know how it's normally to do with where it's installed, but I followed the instructions fully and I'm completely stuck

    This is the third time I've tried to get EB to work so any help is hugely appreciated!
