Flag Question

I know how to turn flags off entirely, but on reflection have come to the conclusion that medieval armies should be festooned with standards and banners. The problem, of course, is that the flags in M2TW are out of scale with the accompanying troops. Is there any way to reduce the size of the flags in proportion to the troops? I don't mind the flag-waving routine since I've turned the green arrows off and find it helpful to keep track of the selected unit.

I think I saw a thread about this last night in one of the forums (possibly not at totalwar.org), but for the life of me can't remember which one. And if I could resize the banners in RTW and BI as well, I might even play with them on...

Hmm, well, they should have a graphics file or something to them. If you find that, I guess you could downsize it there... No idea how to mod graphics, however...

Don't think there's an easy way to do it though.
