First off, Kukri is prolly right: growing up, hormonal imbalances, your body needs a lot more minerals, vitamins, and pretty much everything - more than at probably any other period of your life.

You can try some (multi)vitamins; also, lecythin is supposed to help with memory quite a bit, and you can find lecythin pills.
I used to take some myself when I was younger. I can't remember if they helped, though.
Therapy helps, but screaming obscenities is cheaper.

It could be an age problem, I'm 16 and the same thing happens to me. Sometimes I can't even remember if something that happened was in a dream or it it was real.

To the doctor with you. If you seriously can't remember things, you might have had a concussion and not even remember it.

    Doctor. Sooner than later.

Im 16 and it is happening to me. as Lignator said, the dreams and reality can blur. Confirm with someone what you have said, so you dont get screwed over by people.

I do have trouble sometimes remembering what i had for dinner. I walked home from work today (3 hours ago) and i cant remember parts of the walking.

Its because your distracted. It is for me at least.

But the symptoms you describe are pretty bad man, seriously, see a doctor if you cant remember peoples names.

Any head hits recently? (not a joke that does happen, i work with a trainee doctor)

    I can't emphasise enough - see a doctor

Better to spend some time and some money now (and tbh, most is covered by health insurance anyway, here at least) to get some peace of mind, or alternately a cure...

(and this is coming from a guy who very rarely advocates seeing a doctor - but your memory is one thing you really don't want to be messing with)
