    Default Aedui everywhere!

Not a complaint, but a question.

Do all the celtic culture provinces rebel to Aedui? Following Epirus' little attempt at empire building north into the lands between the Sweboz and the Alps (which are celtic), the Aedui have aquired 3 provices there purely from rebellions.

That's a negative. I had a couple of provinces rebel to the Arverni, in the area around Ak-Ink and Singidunum [undermining Roman expansion with spies, is fun, fun].

In my current campaign the Galatians revolted to the Arverni, though I have heard that they sometimes revolt to the Aedui.

Areas revolt to their traditional / historical owners, historical allies or affiliates. If the area is culturally Gallic and the aforementioned is not applicable, we have gone with the most likely scenario.
