    Default enemy barracks

does the AI destroy enemy barracks when they take over a settlement, cos when i was playing as KH i took some roman places and when they took them back they didn't train any of their own units but kept attacking me with large armies of nothing but lugoae an it was really annoying
    thx

govts are destroyed, but MIC's are not. When I take a province I usually destroy the old MIC's unless they are ones I can use - maybe you destroyed the old ones and when the Romans took the province back the first thing they could build again was lugoae (I assume you're talking about places like Segesta or Segestica or something).

Places in rome? Cities in north Italy or the city of Rome itself? I can't imagine how Rome would make lugoae inside the city of Rome itself - is that what has happened?
