I played as Romani and till 230 and I felt it was time to get Marian reform. I followed the instructions in a thread how to get the reforms sooner https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=80502

The problem is that for Marian Reform is relatively easy to find a family member that is

Sharp/Charismatic/Vigorous
Popularis
Consul or Ex-Consul
Has Influence and Command > 2

(I prepared him in a couple of years, but it was worth it, becasue now I have a very good faction heir.)

But when it comes to get Imperial reform in an earlier year, but keeping the character condition I found myself in difficulty. Somewhere on the site I found that there are some contritions for a character to become the trigger for the imperial reform:

"Sharp/Charismatic/Vigorous
At least Skilled Bureaucrat
At least Arrogans
At least Expert Recruiter
Can't be Selfless
If these conditions are met, the general will receive a trait telling he wants to seize power.
Make him the Faction Heir and as soon as he becomes the leader the reforms will happen."

I searched all my generals (and there aren't few) but I could only find the skilled burocrat trait at 2 of them. But what about the others? I want to ask some of the creators of EB if they really thought about the probabilities of getting such traits in one person.

PS

MAYBE THERE IS SOMEONE WHO COULD HELP ME WITH A LIST OF TRAITS, BESIDES export_descr_character_traits.
