Good! Just for laughs I checked an old Romani save I had, in which that town was still Eleutheroi, and lo and behold it had 9 of these "feature" buildings! The residents of that poor town must be cursing the gods for popping all these strange buildings up. Just imagine, asleep one night, all peaceful, and when you wake up, ANOTHER Roman Army Barracks labeled VICTORY. And this one crushed your favorite bakery too...
