    Default Capturing a battle as a *.avi flie?

    is there anyway to capture a battle of campaing or custom battle as a avi format?

    I am not sure if there is an "in-game" way but there is a way to capture any action of any game by using FRAPS.

    We are releasing our in-house cinematic editor with the next patch. This will allow you to save a battle replay and then setup animated cameras within your replay to be rendered to .avi.
    This is what we used to create the ingame footage you see in the M2TW movies.
