    Default Anti-Aliasing

Is there a way to turn on anti-aliasing :(. There isn't an option for turning it on in my game.

If I'm not wrong, it should be under advanced settings in the video options, which can be accessed from the opening screen.

Yea it's there but when I try to change it to Anti-Aliasing. There is no option it just says No Anti_aliasing.

Most likely because your graphics card is not capable of handling AA.

What model is it? Do you have a graphics card, or is it integral to the motherboard?

If you can't enable AA, then you should try and increase the resolution if you haven't tried yet or update your drivers if your card is discrete.

Looks like you're out of luck. For 3D rendering it only works if you use OpenGL; however, most Windows applications that require 3D rendering (RTW included) use DirectX.

Go into the preferences.txt file in your EB/Data/preferences folder. Find the line that says AA_Quality and change the value to AA_LOW or AA_HIGH (with your graphics card, I'd say stick with AA_LOW).

Find the txt file called something like auto_optimize and enable AA for all types of video cards, it worked for me. My card can run high AA although RTW thinks it should not.
