Reinforcement CTD?

My Aedui army is besieging Roma at the moment, and drew two other armies to me; one from the north, a one-family-member army, and another from the south, with 8 or so units. The largest army attacks; the garrison of Roma comes out as reinforcements, together with the one-unit army. The battle goes well until after it's over - when I click to return to the campaign map, the loading screen's bar fills and the game ctds. Happened the same way the both times I tried it. Does this have to do with the two reinforcements, or..?

Still playing on 0.81 and not 0.81a, by the way. Didn't want to give up my hard-fought positive income.

It might be a reinforcement CTD, but they have become quite rare... Does this happen repeatedly? Please try once more if you haven't. Anyway, there's nothing we can do unless you post your savegame.
