I'm pretty sure that this patch will be available on the cover disk of various computer game magazines as well - it'll be cheaper to spend £4 on a magazine than run up a 26 hour phone bill for the broadband-challenged.

I on the other hand will sneakily download it on my work's 8mb broadband and copy it to my usb stick.
