Can I suggest one thing? Remove the Shield from the Narnian one and leave only the Red Lion on the black background. Mirror Image the Lion to face the other way. This will avoid a lot of copyright issues. If you can, I would use a similar red Lion, that is not copyrighted, from another source. That one is from the movie I think.
