A couple of quick questions if I may. Feel free to delete this thread afterwards and update the install guide if necessary. I downloadad EB last night (1st time player), I havent started a game yet. As I'm new to mods (I've only played RTR before and the installation process was idiot proof), please could you help by answering the queries below.

    1. Which game disk do I require in the drive to play EB. I have RTW & BI expansion.
    2. Do I need to unistall BI to play EB
    3. I keep seeing references to BI.exe, what is this and is it something I need to know?

    Thanks for Listening

    1. The one you play RTW with (not BI).
    2. No.
    3. You can play EB with the BI.exe though it isn't necessary to have BI to play EB. The AI of BI is a bit more challenging than standard RTW AI. As a beginner try EB first without BI and if you like it, follow the instructions on several threads on this forum for of how to play EB with BI. Some like EB with BI others without. You won't know until you tried both.

EB is designed to work with RTW, not BI. However due to cross-compatibility of RTW 1.5 and BI 1.6, it is possible to play EB through the BI executable. This is not supported by the EB team, but many fans have successfully modded EB to do so (it really is quite simple), and so if you do wish to play EB using BI, then the unofficial support is huge.
