Hi EB Folks,
About a month ago I downloaded & installed EB 0.8, and I love it!
Since then I've been playing a Seleucid Imperial Campaign. I've invested about a month, and many hours, but now I've hit a CTD problem which seems about to end my campaign. I wonder if anyone can help.
Here's the situation. About 5 or 6 turns ago my town of Bostra (just south of Damaskos) rebelled & ejected my garrison. Rather than appearing as a rebel town, it went over to the Sabeans.
I sent a force to lay siege to Bostra. On the 2nd turn of the siege, after building some rams, I assaulted. The game immediately crashed to desktop.
Since then, and over several turns, I've tried the assault each turn, with a CTD each time. After each CTD I've returned to a previous save and just maintained the siege.
At turn-end of the 4th quarter of 243BC, with the siege having run its course, the game CTDs when I click the hourglass, presumably because the besieged garrison tries to sortie.
I even broke off the siege & backed off from the city with my army, hoping to continue that way, but a large Sabean field army suddenly appears & attacks me, resulting in a CTD.
Can anyone rescue my campaign? I really want to conquer the known world
.
The saved game file for the end of Q4 243BC is at:

Just find the Seleucid army besieging Bostra, order it to assault, and you should get the CTD.
Thanks in advance for any help!
