What is XL and how do I get it?
Hello all.
I keep hearing about MTW campaigns being played in XL which I'm assuming is a mod with a bunch more factions. I couldn't find a mod subforum for it though. Could someone explain to me exactly what's in there and how exactly do I get it (as I'm a complete computer noob)

edit: I've heard of a bigger/better VI mod. Anyone know anything about that?
