i was wondering if the EB team are planing on doing any other times in history other than a couple of hundren years before christ

I personally would love to see EB in the BI time period, but EB's aim is to make RTW historically accurate (and a million times better), therefore they stayed in the time period of RTW.

It would, but i suppose I'd rather see EB2. Especially since they can have 30 factions now.

Well considering that its taken us 4 years just to release 0.8, I imagine that working in another time-period would if not be as long, be quite close to it.

In addition, a number of our members are only interested in the time period that we are working on here (though no doubt earlier in antiquity, such as Alexander would still interest them), and so we would lose valuable members moving elsewhere.

aaahh EB has said they cant do another time period unless they make a brand new EB for BI or whatever other game
the game mechanics of RTW don't allow it
i wish i knew why the makers hard coded soo much of the game
