    Well, in my games it seems to pick up in the Western Mediterranian around that time. Lustania is slowly expanding, Carthages hates me(Rome), Aedui and Avernii are fighting endless big battles where no one gains the upper hand.

    If you really want guarrenteed action, go play the KH, Saba, or the Maks. They're sandwiched between everything.
