Hi. I downloaded EB about a week ago, and during the week of playing, I got besieged by the enemy tons of times. And then, I realized that not once have they ever attacked me via siege. Then, when I inspected further, I realized none of them ever even built any siege equipments at all.

Is this a bug or intended? I'm running EB on BI-RTW.exe.
