I know exactly what you mean as well.. I can play and play and play, then promise myself, "One more turn and I'll stop and study/sleep!"

..Five turns later, I'm still saying the same thing. xD Eventually I stop when my laptop starts slowing down, though, and finally go on with them trivial duties. I think the advice to take it slow is a good point to note, even if the shoot them all option sounds better.
