Anyone ever played it? Still playing it??

I was looking around while waiting for Stalker and I saw their is a 2nd patch for this that is supposed to make it much more stable and I wondered if it was worth the effort?

Nope not worth the effort.
The idea was nice and the graphics are ok as well and story was decent.
However it is so damn buggy and unoptimised.
And the voiceacting is one of the worst there is.

I got it from a magazine, applied Patch 2, then it wouldn't find the CD anymore, so I am using a Patch 1 .exe now that *ahem* does not search for a CD somehow. It's pretty buggy(had it overwrite all my savegames with nothing once and then it crashed...), but I paid only 5EUR or so which means it's ok. As long as it works it can be fun and somewhat addictive, but don't expect a polished experience. All the car and plane controls are pretty arcady, but I have seen worse.
