First of all, you didn't choose the best faction.

In order to eliminate one model of descr_model_battle, you must be sure that any unit in export_descr_unit uses that model. If you eliminate a unit from export_descr_unit, you must also eliminate it from export_descr_buildings, and take care that the unit is not present in descr_rebel_factions and descr_mercenaries (this is only for campaigns, as well as descr_strat).

Perhaps there are more files to check, but I don't remember at the moment.
