Eb Bi Ctd

okay okay this has annoyed me because i have had One CTD since starting a new campaign on BI using EB

i'm playing as the Romans its 205BC
all my settlements are either in the green or yellow
and every time it comes to the 'free people' faction
it CTD's it has done it 5 times now
it sits there seems like its about to work, then crashes

I guess you have the Rebel City CTD -Improved Fix installed right? if not read the stickys you will find it there

Hi, I've had the same problem using BI, and I found that if you just turn off the scripts for a few turns then it will work, and you can turn on the scripts on again after a few turns. (I have the rebel CTD fix instaled)

once out of the 5 times i didnt click on the show me how thing at the beginning, and it still crashed :S

... As we're not developers of RTW, we don't have access to debugging the code. Searching for errors takes time, sometimes minutes, sometimes days, sometimes more.

Additionally, using BI with EB is not supported, so you cannot really expect help from the EB team. It's purely voluntary effort. Well, every effort of the team is that, come to think of it, but BI gets a lower priority if any.

Oleo has made a discovery on the Eleutheroi CTD in the script. I think he'll post it soon if not already, that might help you out too.

Unfortunately his ctd seems to be caused by a different reason, cause turning off the script doesnt help.

Trying to figure out why this one crashes, I keep running into system freezes. So I am giving up on this one. I am pretty sure there is something fishy with the savegame itself, since Ive never had a system freeze with RTW be4.
